Purchase limits of 10%, 25%, 50%, or 100% of the value of your home. If you own a condominium or cooperative, the same options apply, up to the combined amount of coverage you have for contents, additions, and alterations.

Rebuild and make “green” improvements

You can use this coverage to replace damaged or destroyed items with environmentally friendly materials, low-impact processes, and ultra-efficient heating and cooling technologies. You can also choose to rebuild to Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED) standards, using ENERGY STAR-rated products, or other national or regional “green” building standards or certifications.
