In 2011, Paul joined Lawley as Director of Personal Insurance and is responsible for a team of 60 professionals operating across 11 branches in NY, CT, and NJ. His 40+ years of industry experience gives him extensive expertise in personal insurance, asset protection for affluent families and business owners, risk management and group personal excess. In 1988, Paul acquired ownership of the Kaiser Agency and merged with Costello Agency, forming the Costello, Dreher, Kaiser Insurance Corp. In July 2003, he merged with First Niagara Risk Management, Inc. as their EVP.
