This insurance provides cover in a modular policy which includes Executive Liability, Organisation Legal Liability, Employment Practices Liability, Benefit Plan Liability, Employee Crime, Kidnap & Extortion Expenses, Professional Liability and Cyber Liability & Incident Response Expenses. Our core coverages include
Executive Liability - any one claim limit of liability up to £10m.
Organisational Liability - any one claim limit of liability of 50% of the chosen Executive Liability limit (you can choose an increased limit up to £5m for an additional premium).
Employment Practices Liability - any one claim limit of liability of £25,000 (you can choose an increased limit up to £10m for an additional premium).
Employee Crime - automatic limit of liability of £25,000 in each policy period (you can choose an increased limit up to £10m for an additional premium).
Kidnap & Extortion Expenses - any one claim limit of liability of £25,000 (you can choose an increased limit up to £10m for an additional premium).
Benefit Plan Liability - any one claim limit of liability of £25,000 (you can choose an increased limit up to £10m for an additional premium)
Professional Liability – limit of liability of up to £5m is available.
Cyber Privacy Liability & Incident Response Expenses – automatic limit of liability of £25,000 in each policy period (higher limits are available with our standalone Cyber ERM policy).
