Our policy contains a generous range of extensions, specifically designed for manufacturing risks:

• Manufacturers Errors & Omissions: Cover for accidental financial loss suffered by third parties as a result of products supplied by the business.
  
  
• Employee Personal Accident: A benefit paid should an employee suffer serious injury or death, including home and car adaption and funeral expenses.
  
  
• Customers’ Goods: Cover for loss or damage to goods belonging to a customer which are being worked on or being temporarily stored at the premises.
  
  
• Customers and Suppliers Premises (Specified or Unspecified): Cover for losses resulting from interference or interruption at customers’ or suppliers’ premises.
  
  
• Environmental Impairment Liability: Costs incurred for new sudden and accidental pollution conditions, as well as remediation of unknown historic contaminated land where required by a regulatory authority.
  
  
• Goods in Transit: Loss or damage to contents or stock whilst in transit by road, rail or inland waterway.
  
  
• Product Recall Expenses: Expenses incurred for media communication, collection, storage and disposal of goods and employee overtime following a recall event.
  
  
• Breakdown of Machinery and Plant: Cost incurred due to breakdown of machinery or plant.
  
  
• Machinery Movement: Costs incurred in respect of sudden and unforeseen damage to machinery when it is being dismantled, moved or re-erected.

We provide £500,000 of cover to be allocated across a number of key extensions at the time of loss, leaving you free to deploy this cover when you need it most and not having to second guess where you may need it at the time of loss.

Where public and products liability cover is purchased as part of MasterPackage™ an emergency response helpline is included, which is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Up to £100,000 of crisis response expenses are also available for expenses incurred as a result of damage or bodily injury to third parties.
