Prepare and serve lunch for those in need
Chubb employees will spend a day serving lunch at a charitable restaurant in France. The money raised from this initiative will then be donated to them.

Overview
Chubb contributes to local charities and non-profits in a wide variety of areas including education, disaster preparedness, the environment, health and human services, military veterans and at-risk children.
We support employee giving and volunteerism with a variety of programs, encouraging the development of initiatives that reflect our employees’ commitment to the needs in their local and regional communities.
During a ‘Week of Giving’ in May, Chubb employees throughout EMEA will come together to engage in volunteer activities focused on supporting local communities in which they live and work in.
Example activities
Here are some of the activities Chubb employees will be involved in during the ‘Week of Giving’
Dedicate some time on a farm
Volunteers will spend a day helping at a farm in London. Tasks will include pond digging, painting gates and fences, building a stable, compost turning and more.
Support a local hospital
Volunteers in Pakistan will help a local hospital develop a vegetable garden to grow produce that meets the recommended nutritional requirements of patients on dialysis.
Spend time with elderly vulnerable people
A group of employees will spend some time with elderly people from a nursing home in Madrid by playing board games, talking, and generally giving them company.
Litter picking at a beach
Volunteers will pick up litter at a beach in Lisbon to prevent it from reaching the ocean.
