Israel Rayan is the Head of Accident & Health (A&H) for the Europe, Middle East & Africa (EMEA) region.
Based in Madrid, Israel is responsible for the development and growth of Chubb’s A&H business throughout the region, overseeing both consumer and corporate segments.
Israel joined Chubb in 2014 and brings more than 24 years of insurance experience, predominantly in sales and marketing. He previously led Chubb’s Direct Marketing operation in the LATAM region before returning to EMEA in 2022, where he advanced to SVP Distribution for Consumer Lines.
