Bill Delaney is the Chief Information Officer for Europe, Middle East & Africa (EMEA).
In this role, Bill is responsible for Chubb's applications, IT infrastructure and full-stack delivery across the region, as well as leading the development of our digital platforms.
Bill brings deep experience from the financial services sector, having various roles at Nordea, Citi, Credit Suisse, Barclays and UBS. Bill has led several technology transformation initiatives across SME, middle market and multinational customer segments, including the early adoption of GenAI.
