How to make a complaint

We aim to provide a high quality service at all times, but occasionally mistakes do happen. If for any reason you are unhappy with our service, we would like you to tell us, so that we can try to put things right.

Our complaints statistics

We are publishing the number of eligible complaints we've received between 1 January 2022 and 30 June 2022. This data can be used as an indicator of how well we've served our customers and how we have dealt with their complaint.
