A home assessment gives you a detailed record of your home's unique features and finishes so we can repair, restore, and replace your home's details in the event of a claim, with a claims experience that's as seamless as possible.
We'll also share optional tips and suggestions to help you further protect your home and prevent claims from happening in the first place.

We'll get in touch by phone or email to schedule your home assessment with a Risk Consultant.
Please make sure you provide your email address and phone numbers to your insurance broker so that we can schedule this appointment with you or your representative.
During Your Home Assessment
With your help and by using technology, we'll carefully note your home's distinctive features.
- We want to make sure that, should something happen, we can repair, restore, and replace the details that matter most in your home.

After Your Home Assessment
- You’ll receive a summary of your home assessment from Chubb through your insurance broker or directly through Chubb’s paperless policy service, complete with your home's unique details.
- When your home assessment is ready for you to view, take a moment to review your home assessment summary. If you have any questions, please contact your broker.
