How to make a claim
Claims Process Overview
Claim submission: All claims must be submitted within 60 calendar days after the event.
Claims initial decision: A decision on your claim will be made within an estimated 5–10 working days¹.
Claims settlement: Once approved, your claim will be paid via FPS within 1–2 working days².
¹ Based on 2024–2025 medical and accident claims data, calculated from the date the claim is received to the date of the first pending claim notice or claim result. The actual processing time may vary depending on the complexity of the claim, the completeness of the submitted information, and the timeliness of responses from relevant parties (e.g., medical providers).
² The time from claim approval to claim payment via FPS.
