A Resourcing Partner or Human Resources will contact you for an interview. The first meeting takes place either with the Resourcing Partner by phone or in person.
In a personal interview you will get to know the superior together with Human Resources - of course also the company and the position. Ask questions and we will be happy to answer them.
It still fits after the first contact? During further conversations you will get to know other people. Getting to know the team is particularly important to us. Interns, apprentices or early career beginners can also come for trial hours.
You accept and we accept? Our acceptance is valid, you will receive an employment contract.
We do not find an agreement? If a personal meeting has taken place and we decline, we look for the personal conversation, not by email or by post!
