1. All services must be requested through the Call Center exclusively. In case of emergency assistance service benefits, the Company will dispatch a technician to provide assistance. If you intend to use service providers other than the Company's technician, you must obtain consent from the Company beforehand.

2. This service is provided in accordance with the definitions, conditions, agreements, and scope of services established between the Company and the Service Provider.

3. The service provided is an initial assistance, comprising initial technical inspection or temporary fixing. It covers only labor and travel expenses of technicians, as per the benefits allowed by the Company. Any additional expenses such as equipment or spare parts will be your responsibility. Repair costs, spare parts, and the scope of repairs must be agreed upon between you and the Technician. The Company will not be liable for any costs or damages arising from such agreements.

4. The Company will not provide services in your absence during the service.

5. You are responsible for the safety of your belongings. The Company shall not be held accountable for any loss or damage to property or valuables left at the service location.

6. This service cannot be refund as cash or other type of compensation.

7. Any service already rendered by the Company but subsequently canceled by you will be counted as one instance of service. If the number of services exceeds the entitlement, you will be responsible for all costs incurred beyond the entitlement.

8. In the event of any disputes, the Company's decision shall be considered final.
