Claims Process

Required document

  1. Claim form
  2. Quotation in case of repair or replacement of damaged items
  3. Receipt (if necessary, to follow the policy conditions)
  4. Stock account (if necessary, to follow the policy conditions)
  5. A daily record as a criminal case (if necessary, to follow the policy conditions)
  6. Identity documents of the policyholder, the claimant i.e. a copy of the ID card, a copy of house registration, a certificate of registration of juristic person in case of being a juristic person, a copy of the identification card of the director authorized to sign in order to comply with the relevant laws (such as the AMLO)
  7. Copy of title deed to the extent necessary according to the type and extent of the damage
  8. Insurance policy and endorsement certificate issued by the Company.
  9. Other required documents to prove the cause of damages and its extent

Claim consideration period

a. Within 1-7 working days for a minor, uncomplicated damage claim that requires a few supporting documents for the claim process.

b. In the case of major damages or a complicated claim i.e. claim amounting to hundreds of thousands, or millions in Thai Baht of damages, requires a specialist team of adjusters to be involved in proving damages, requires necessary documents or evidence, has unclear/vague incidents, or with doubts, the Company may take time to verify the claim made. The Company will require close coordination with the policyholder to complete the process within the expected time frame.

Reimbursement period 
Within 15 days from the date of signing the compensation contract
