Submit the documents to Chubb Life Assurance's head office or branch offices throughout Thailand

Claim Time Frames
The company will pay the Insured/beneficiary according to the policy's coverage conditions within 15 days of the company receiving the completed claim documents.
Should the claim be in doubt, i.e. the claim is not in accordance with the policy's coverage conditions, the company will extend the payment to 90 days to make provisions to investigate the claim further.
