Premium Payment Channels

Payment with mobile device through payment gateway

For more convenient and faster renewal premium payment, Chubb Life would like to introduce 'e-payment' which will allow Chubb Life customers to access more online payment channels as follows:

  • Credit Card: VISA, Mastercard and JCB
  • Internet/Mobile Banking: SCB, Bangkok bank, Krungthai bank and Krungsri bank
  • Webpay/Direct Debit: Kasikorn bank, SCB, Bangkok bank, Krungthai bank, Krungsri bank and TMB Thanachart bank

Chubb Life will send 'Payment Link' via SMS to the customer's mobile phone number 7 days prior to payment due date and 20 days after the due date (if premium has not been paid yet)

In addition, if offline payment is being preferred, Chubb Life customers can have the system generate QR code right away and there is no need to bring billing notice to banks and payment service counters anymore. Here are available channels;

  • Banks and ATM: Kasikorn bank, SCB, Bangkok bank, Krungthai bank and Krungsri bank
  • Payment service kiosks: Lotus, Pay@Post, CenPay, TrueMoney, Boonterm and BangkokPay

Payment by scanning from billing notice

You can pay by scanning a barcode from billing notice to the following channels:

  • 5 banks i.e. Krungsri Bank, Siam Commercial Bank, Kasikorn Bank, Bangkok Bank or Krungthai Bank via
  • Mobile application of each bank. Please read instructions from the links below:

  • Paypoints with cash nationwide:
  • Counter Service (maximum THB 49,000 per transaction)

In case that you do not receive a billing notice, please contact your servicing agent or Customer Care Center by calling 1283 (Mondays to Fridays, 8.30 to 17.00 hrs. except public holidays)

 

Payment by auto debit service from bank account

You can apply for auto debit service from 5 banks i.e. Siam Commercial Bank, Kasikorn Bank, Bangkok Bank, Krungthai Bank or TMB Thanachart Bank, through these channels:

  • Mobile application
  • Internet banking
  • ATM
  • Request form by filling up ‘Request for Premium Payment by Auto Debit Service’. The owner of savings account needs to present his consent and sign on the form (please read through terms and conditions on the request form before signing.) and attach a copy of the first page of bankbook before submitting to the life insurance company. You can request for this form or more information from your servicing agent or Chubb Life Customer Care Center by calling 1283.

Remarks:

  • The company will send the policy list for auto debit payment to the banks on the 15th and 30th date of every month. If the 15th and/or the 30th date falls on a weekend or public holiday, the list will be submitted to the banks on the last working day before the 15th or/and 30th date of the month.
  • Please submit the request from before premium due date at least 30 days.
  • Please ensure that adequate cash amount is in the bank account at least 2 working days prior to the due date.
  • In case of paying insurance premium for others, the payer and the insured must have same surname and have certain relationship as specified by the company e.g. father, mother, spouse, child, and brother or sister with the same parents.

 

Payment by auto debit service from credit card

To use this service, credit card’s owner must present his consent in the provided form ‘Auto debit service from credit card for renewal year premium payment’ by filling out and signing on the form. (Please read through terms and conditions on the form before signing.) The attachment of citizen ID card copy is also required when submitting the complete form to the company via this email: ChubbLifeThailand-Cashier@Chubb.com

Remarks:

  • Accept only VISA and MasterCard credit cards.
  • Please submit the request form before premium due date at least 14 days.
  • In case of paying insurance premium for others, the payer and the insured must have same surname and have certain relationship as specified by the company e.g. father, mother, spouse, child, and brother or sister with the same parents.

 

Payment at the Head Office or Branches

You can directly pay insurance premium at our head office or branches;

Premium payment methods:

  • Cash
  • Cheque (postdated cheque not allowed) Please pay to "Chubb Life Assurance Public Company Limited" by specifying "A/C PAYEE ONLY", and cross out "bearer". In addition, please write down policy number and insured name on the back of the cheque.
  • Credit card
  • Premium payment by credit card owner only
  • Download “Consent form for paying life insurance premium via credit card (one time only)”. Credit card’s owner completes the form with the same signature as given at the back of credit card. A copy of citizen ID card is also required. Both documents must be submitted to Premium Collection Department via this email: ChubbLifeThailand.Collection@Chubb.com
