Dear Valued Customers,

Effective 1 January 2026, the Inland Revenue Board of Malaysia (IRBM) will require an e-Invoice to be issued for each transaction with a value exceeding RM10,000, applicable across all industries.

Key changes:

  • An e-Invoice must be issued for each qualifying transaction, regardless of whether it is requested by the client.

To ensure a smooth transition and compliance with the new requirements, Chubb will begin issuing validated e-Invoices for qualifying transactions in phases starting  December 2025.

We seek your cooperation in updating your profile information with the most current and accurate details as listed below:

Accurate and complete information is essential to enable successful validation and issuance of validated e-Invoices in accordance with IRBM’s requirements.

NOTE: Failure to provide correct and complete mandatory details will prevent the generation of validated e-Invoices.

We appreciate your continued support and understanding as we implement these regulatory changes. To submit your updated profile or for any further inquiries, please contact our Customer Service Team at 03-2058 3000 / 1800-88-3226 (8.30 am to 5.15 pm, Mondays to Fridays, except public holidays) or email Inquiries.MY@chubb.com

Note: This notice is subject to modification based on the latest updates from the IRBM.
