Submit your motor claim online via the MY Chubb Motor Assist app (Android / iOS) or via our portal.

 

Reporting your motor claim through our mobile app or online portal is the fastest and most convenient way to get help. You can submit your claim anytime, upload photos and documents directly from your device, and receive real-time updates on your claim status—all in a secure, paperless environment.

Accident & Health or Travel Claim

Submit your Accident & Health (A&H) or Travel claim online via MyAccount - an e-Services portal that provides instant access to manage your policies or claims. 


You will receive an instant acknowledgment notification and token number, which allows you to track the progress of your claim. You can also upload supporting documents which can help to limit follow-up requests from Chubb and in turn, reduces the life cycle of your claim.
