Updates on Branch Operating Hours During Lockdown

Further to the Government’s recent announcement on imposing a nationwide full lockdown starting 1 June 2021, please be informed that counter services will not be available at all Chubb offices in Malaysia until further notice.

Our hotline operating hours are from Mondays to Fridays, 8.30 am – 5.15 pm, excluding Public Holidays.

Reporting Claims

Clients and business partners can continue to report claims through available digital channels and over the phone. We have dedicated customer service representatives available by phone at 1-800-883-226 and by email at Inquiries.MY@chubb.com. You can also view our claim reporting options here.

Chubb's Customer Service Center is staffed to handle incoming calls and customer inquiries. Surveyors are continuing to provide timely customer response including conducting inspections with safe practices. As updates are provided we constantly educate our teams on best practices recommended by governmental health authorities. We also continue to work with our preferred service providers to deliver the best possible response to our clients.

We are monitoring new developments so that we can quickly adapt and continue to provide the best possible service experience to our clients and business partners.
