  • A dedicated, highly qualified and accredited incident manager who will help navigate the complexities of the incident
  • Access to Crawford's seamless global network of forensics, legal, notification, fraud remediation and public relations experts
  • Flexibility to add other partners into the Crawford network of providers based on the insured's existing relationships
  • Access to our global underwriting expertise and claims network

When reporting an Environmental incident to us you will be assisted by local environmental specialists that work closely with our Chubb environmental claims team ensuring efficient communication between involved parties and quick access to funding of expenses.

An Incident Response Manager will help with crisis management, finding the right environmental consultants, contractors and legal assistance when and if required.
