This amalgamation does not affect the coverage, terms, or conditions of your insurance policy with LMG Insurance Public Company Limited. You can continue to receive services and submit claims with Chubb Samaggi Insurance Public Company Limited as usual, as if Chubb Samaggi were your original insurer.

For insurance policies originally issued by LMG Insurance Public Company Limited that are still within the coverage period, you can submit claims according to the terms and conditions of your policy as usual through the processes and channels of Chubb Samaggi Public Company Limited, as if Chubb Samaggi were your original insurer. If there are any changes or updates, we will inform you promptly.

The amalgamation will not affect the insurance premiums for your existing policy.

Your existing LMG policy will continue to be fully covered by the new company, Chubb Samaggi Insurance Public Company Limited, as before. Coverage will remain in effect according to the terms and conditions of your policy for the entire duration of your coverage period.

The amalgamation will not affect your current insurance policy with LMG Insurance PCL. Both insurance premiums and coverage terms will remain fully intact, and your coverage will continue as specified in your policy for the entire coverage period. You can continue to submit claims through the usual company channels. We remain committed to providing high-quality service to all customers.

The amalgamation will further enhance Chubb Samaggi’s ability to offer a wider range of insurance products and solutions tailored to all customer segments—from individuals and families to small businesses and large organizations. This commitment to meeting diverse customer needs has always been a priority for the company.

Customers will have access to a wider range of quality insurance products through an extensive nationwide distribution network. Additionally,  we will offer you improved customer support, greater financial security, enhanced innovation and technology, and Chubb's global experience combined with local market knowledge for superior service quality over 70 years in Thailand.

The transaction will not affect your existing insurance policy, and your coverage will continue as before. There is no need for a new policy to be issued.

The amalgamation will not affect the billing cycle of your insurance policy. Your statements will continue to be issued by Chubb Samaggi Insurance Public Company Limited.

Following the amalgamation, the personal data of former policyholders of LMG Insurance Public Company Limited will be transferred to and managed by Chubb Samaggi Insurance Public Company Limited. We will handle your personal data with care under Chubb’s privacy policy. This management complies with legal requirements and international standards, as detailed in the company’s privacy policy, to ensure that your information is kept secure and confidential.

After the completion of the amalgamation, you may still receive emails from the LMG domain or email addresses ending with @lmginsurance.co.th during the initial period. You can continue to communicate with the current team assisting you as usual. Please rest assured that we are committed to making the transition as smooth as possible. The company plans to implement email addresses from the @chubb.com domain in the near future. 

This amalgamation will not affect your business operations, business relationships, or activities in any way. Agents and brokers can continue your business as usual. Your existing contracts with LMG Insurance Public Company Limited remain in effect under Chubb Samaggi Insurance Public Company Limited, and no action is required from you. Chubb Samaggi is committed to supporting and facilitating our distribution partners with the same excellent service and attention to detail as before. Moreover, this amalgamation will bring even greater opportunities and benefits to you, as you will work with a larger and stronger insurer, better positioned to deliver enhanced services.

Customers can confidently renew their existing policy with their current agent, broker, or branch under Chubb Samaggi Insurance. We remain committed to providing excellent claims services. Our team of experts will continue to manage claims efficiently and without interruption. Customers, agents, and brokers can submit claims through all existing channels as usual.

For your clients who hold insurance policies originally issued by LMG Insurance Public Company Limited and are still within the coverage period, claims can be reported through 1758. 

Quotes already issued by either company prior to the amalgamation will be honored in accordance with the stated terms until the end of the contract period.
