A coverage to protect your electrical appliance, home appliance, mobile phones, laptops, tablets, smart watches and e-readers from unexpected or accidental damage, liquid damage and burglary/theft with forcible entry for 360 days from the day you receive your device from TikTok.

Yes. Short-rate applies if cancellation is made after you have confirmed receipt of your device on Tiktok for over 15 days. Tiktok will only process refunds following your payment method.

Each claim value is capped at the device price. Your policy will automatically terminate once you have a replacement claim. Claim must be reported within fourteen (14) days from the incident date.

The coverage premium varies depending on the price of your device. The price will be show on Tiktok's checkout page.

Yes, 10% of claim amount applicable for each and every claim

After successful purchase of your Protection on TikTok, you will promptly receive your insurance policy via email. Please activate your policy as instructed in the email.
