The great floods in the Southern provinces in 2025 have had a significant impact on both our customers and society. Chubb provided essential supplies to those affected, while standing alongside them to support a swift recovery and help communities return to normal as quickly as possible.
Chubb Samaggi provides necessary supplies for flood victims
Chubb Samaggi helped relieve Southern flood victims by sending over 2,500 relief packages, collaboratively prepared by ‘Chubb Volunteers.’ These packages included food, drinking water, cleaning supplies, and other essential items, and were donated through the Office of Insurance Commission (OIC) and the Naval Civil Affairs Department of the Royal Thai Navy.
Chubb Samaggi Claims team provides on-site assistance to customers
The Chubb Samaggi Claims team delivered on-site support to impacted customers by ensuring efficient claims processing for home, motor, and small and medium enterprises (SMEs) insurance. In addition, the team offered essential services and assistance, such as coordinating with tow trucks to move customers’ cars to our parking areas, and provided customers with necessary items to help them receive all the support they needed as quickly as possible.
