We’re excited to introduce our Quote for Alteration (QFA) tool.
This tool is designed to enable you to provide quotes to your existing customers who may want to amend their current cover, making it easier to manage updates without needing to contact us directly.
This is part of our commitment to you to help make it easier to do business with your customers.
The tool is under continued development and in this phase, you’ll be able to do the following:
- Reduce a sum assured
- Remove a benefit
- Remove a Life Assured
In the case that you need sum insured increases or additional changes, you’ll need to contact us directly. You can look forward to further updates in the coming months.
