Tom is a Chubb Risk Consultant based in Auckland. After graduating with a Bachelor of Business Studies majoring in Valuation and Property Management in 2014, Tom started his valuation career at Beca where he gained experience doing valuations for financial reporting and insurance purposes. Tom worked on a number of large scale projects for both private and public sector clients and valued a wide range of properties including residential, commercial and infrastructure assets.
Afterwards, he moved to Prendos where he primarily focused on residential insurance and market valuations. Tom is a member of the Property Institute of New Zealand and became a Registered Valuer in February 2019.
