Faster claims processing: Transitioning to our new digital forms

We’re committed to making it easier for you to do business with us. Our new suite of digital claim forms, launched in mid-June 2026, was designed to simplify the process and speed up assessments for you and your clients.

Since the launch, the new forms include a number of improvements designed to save you and your customer's time:

  • Fully digitalised forms with the option to digitally sign, removing the need for paper.

  • Improved question design to better support faster claim assessment.

  • Upfront collection of bank details for lump sum claims, removing the need for a separate discharge form once a claim is accepted.

  • Clearer authorisation and declaration sections, making it easier for your customers to understand what they are signing.

  • Updated privacy wording to reflect our latest obligations to customers under the Privacy Act.

Important: Transitioning by 1 August 2026
To ensure we can process your claims as quickly as possible and avoid unnecessary administration, we will move exclusively to the new forms from 1 August 2026.

After this date, we will no longer be able to accept old versions. If an outdated form is received, our team will need to request a resubmission on the new version, which may delay the claim assessment.

What you need to do:

Please ensure any old forms are removed from your internal library and replaced with the latest versions to help ensure a seamless experience for your clients.
