She is widely respected for her strategic vision, integrity, and ability to drive growth and transformation. As Chief Customer and Marketing Officer, Sharron is responsible for driving a customer-centric operations group, overseeing contact centre service operations, underwriting, claims, and leading strategic transformation of Chubb Life’s customer experience. She also leads brand and marketing, along with Chubb Life’s Corporate Social Responsibility Programme and Enterprise Capability.
Sharron is passionate about diversity and inclusion, serving as a Trustee of Te Uru Tāngata, Centre for Workplace Inclusion.
