Linley is a current independent director of Bank of New Zealand where she Chairs the Risk & Compliance Committee and the Due Diligence Committee. Linley is also an independent director and Risk Committee Chair at NZ Post Limited and a Trustee of the Melanesian Mission Trust, Auckland City Mission Foundation, and is the Deputy Chair, Finance Governor and HR Governor of the King’s School Board of Governors.
