• Access is simple via the Chubb Travel Smart App. Existing CTS users can register for the ifeel platform via the banner on the CTS app and by entering their Chubb Accident and Health Policy number. Non-CTS users will first need to download the CTS app. On return visit, simply log in via the same banner.

For Group Personal Accident customers

• You can access the ifeel platform here and enter your Chubb Accident and Health Policy number.
