Important Terms
- Vehicle age limit for Comprehensive insurance is 8 years old, while for Total Loss Only (TLO) 15 years
- All types of four-wheeled motor vehicles except sports cars, antique cars, taxis, personal cars used for racing, online taxi/rental business, transporting flammables, fire engines, ambulance
- The type of coverage we provide for two-wheeled motor vehicles is TLO only, with a coverage limit of IDR50,000,000
Types of Coverage
Comprehensive
Provides insurance coverage for loss or damage, both partially and entirely, due to:
- Crash or collision, including flipping over, skidding, plunging
- Criminal act committed by another person
- Fire
- Loss/theft, either entirely or partially
Total Loss Only (TLO)
Provides insurance coverage for loss in the event that the insured vehicle suffered from a total loss due to:
- Theft of the vehicle and not found within 60 days from the date of the incident
- Accident or fire, and the cost of reparing the vehicle is more than 75% of the vehicle's market price
