  1. Report incident no later than 3x24 hours (or any other period in accordance with your policy provision) upon the occurrence of loss. Reporting can be made by telephone to our customer care hotline number at 1500 257 (8 a.m. to 6 p.m. Western Indonesia Time), or by e-mail to, or by visiting our:
  • head office, or
  • claims office: Komplek Grand Boutique Center Blok E2 No.2-4, Jl. Mangga Dua Raya, Jakarta 14430, Indonesia, or
  • branch office nearest to you.
  1. After verbally reporting your claim, you must immediately file a written claim report, including any third-party claims.
  2. Fill out the claim form according to the policy, complete the supporting documents and provide a full chronology of the incident that caused the loss.
  3. Chubb’s claim officer will contact you for further process.
