Jon Longmore was appointed as the President Director of Chubb in Indonesia on February 2020.
Mr. Longmore holds overall responsibility for the growth and financial results of the operations in Indonesia across all lines of business i.e. Property & Casualty, Accident & Health and Personal Lines. Prior to his appointment as the President Director of Chubb in Indonesia Mr. Longmore was Chubb’s Head of Digital for Asia Pacific, an appointment he assumed in 2018. He joined Chubb in 2011 as an Underwriter in Australia and over the course of his career, has progressed to roles of increasing responsibility.
Adrianto Gunawan became Director of Chubb in Indonesia since December 2014.
Prior to joining Chubb, Mr. Adrianto had served as Head of Performance Planning & Management at PT Zurich Topas Life. He also spent 15 years of his career at Tanudiredja, Wibisana and Co. Public Accounting Firm – a member firm of PwC Global Network. Mr. Adrianto holds a Bachelor of Accounting degree from the Faculty of Economics of Universitas Indonesia and a Chartered Accountant (CA) certification.
Rigo Patra Buana is the Claims Director of Chubb in Indonesia.
Mr. Buana joined Chubb in October 2013. His experience in the insurance industry spans more than 20 years, including numorous technical and senior executive roles at PT Asuransi Astra Buana and PT AXA Mandiri General Insurance. Mr. Buana holds a Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Management from the Faculty of Industrial Technology at the National Institute of Technology, as well as a Bachelor’s degree in Special Program Economics from the Faculty of Law of Universitas Padjadjaran.
Budi Tatawidjaja was appointed as Compliance Director of Chubb in Indonesia in early 2019.
Mr. Tatawidjaja joined Chubb in 2013 and had since played an instrumental role in strengthening the company's risk and compliance function. He has over 20 years of experience in the banking, capital market, and insurance industries of both Indonesia and Hong Kong, where he conducted audits and implemented various compliance, regulatory and risk management programs.
