If you are a Chubb policyholder and wish to notify a Personal Lines Claim, please contact your insurance intermediary.
For after hours emergencies where you are unable to contact your insurance intermediary, please call 1800 726 226.

- Full contact details of the person to whom enquiries relating to the claim should be directed
