How to make a Casualty claim

This includes all Public and Product Liability policies, Environmental policies, Life Sciences polices, Clean Tech policies and Information Technology Liability policies.

Please include the following information with any claim notification:
 

• Policyholder's name
• Policy number
• Type of policy
• Brief description of the claim
• Full contact details of the person within your company to whom enquiries relating to the claim should be directed
• Date of loss
• Name of claimant
• Copies of any incident report
• Copies of any relevant correspondence
• Copies of pleadings (if relevant)
