Chubb is closely monitoring the spread of the COVID-19 coronavirus and continually reviewing guidance issued and guidelines for the prevention and control of the epidemic by The Department of Disease Control, Ministry of Public Health and The Center for Covid-19 Situation Administration. For claims

In case of submitting documents for car repair at Chubb Tower

    • The company kindly asks all customers to place the document in the area provided, please specify the purpose of contact and clearly state your phone number in the said document. Our staff will get back to you as soon as possible within 3 working days.

For Finance department related to the premium payment

Our customers can pay an insurance premium by  transferring money to Siam Commercial Bank (PCL.) (Ngamwongwan Branch, account no: 319-3-02527-6) and send a proof of payment  to us at email Thailand.PremiumCollection@Chubb.com

If the customer would like to pay the premium via credit card, please ask Customer Service to provide a method of premium payment based on an existing process.
