This WhatsApp communication service is not part of the insurance benefits of an insurance policy issued by Chubb Life.
Personal Data Protection Practices
While you are communicating via WhatsApp with a Chubb Life representative, you may provide your personal data to Chubb Life. Chubb Life will never ask you to provide financial information in the form of your banking account login or OTP (one-time password), and/or token data/information, therefore you are prohibited from providing such data/information.
By providing your personal data to Chubb Life, it means that you have read, understood and agreed to Chubb Life's personal data protection practices as stated in the Notification of Personal Data Protection Policy PT Chubb Life Insurance Indonesia.

Chubb Life shall not responsible for the operation of the WhatsApp service and does not guarantee that you will have continuous access to WhatsApp or that the WhatsApp service will be trouble free. Chubb Life is not responsible if WhatsApp is not available to you for any reason including telecommunications network upgrades or problems, preventive maintenance or repair activities, or software and hardware malfunctions. Chubb Life, based on its sole discretion and decision, has the right to suspend or terminate the availability of communication to Chubb Life via WhatsApp at any time.
By using WhatsApp, you agree that if there is a discrepancy between the response or answer given by Chubb Life customer service agent during communication via WhatsApp with the insurance coverage or benefits in your insurance policy that has been issued by Chubb Life for you, then the terms and conditions of your policy contract shall apply.
