We are not currently offering Chubb Life Funeral Cover (formerly known as Cigna Funeral Cover) to new customers.
There are no changes to existing Funeral Cover policies. You can still make a claim, update your details including your beneficiaries, and get in touch with us as usual.

No, we won’t be processing new applications to increase existing Funeral Cover policies from 1 January 2023. If you have an existing policy, your level of cover will remain unchanged.
Yes, you may cancel or reduce your cover at any time.
You’ll be able to reduce your cover level, but won’t be able to top up the cover once you’ve reduced it.
No, if you have a life insurance policy with a funeral benefit that won't change. This update only applies to Chubb Life Funeral Cover.
