How does the claims process work?

The first step is to tell us the details of your claim. We'll let you know what information we need, and will assess your claim within five working days.

2. We'll chat

We'll let you know what information you might need to send us to support your claim.


3. Submit your claim

You can email us your insurance claim form yourself, through your Adviser if you have one, or we can help you over the phone.


4. We'll process your request

We guarantee to assess your claim within five working days of receipt. If we need any more information, we'll let you know as soon as possible.
