You can submit a claim anytime, anywhere, with online submission being the quickest and most convenient option.
By including all relevant supporting documents and detailed information, you can help us assess your claim faster, allowing us to resolve it sooner.
For a new claim, simply log in and add your personal and claims details using our online portal.
You will need to enter your name and email address to get started. Please also have your policy number and supporting documents ready.

If you are unable to provide the information requested, we can still process your claim but may require additional information from you.
After you've submitted your claim, you will receive instant acknowledgment via an SMS and/or email.
You will also be given a claim number, which allows you to track the progress of your claim.
Claim assessment
Once we've received the claim, one of our claims consultant will contact you within 5-10 business days.
You can check the progress of your claim by inputting your claim number via claim status.
Alternatively, you can reach out to our claims team at 1300 722 032, from Monday to Friday between 8:30am to 5:00 pm AEST. We can look up an existing claim by using your:
full name
email address
contact phone number, or
claim number.
