Important Notice: Changes to customer service for travel insurance products

We want to inform you about an important change.

Effective from 1 October 2025, Chubb Insurance New Zealand Limited will no longer provide services under a Financial Advice Provider (FAP) Licence. This means that when you contact our customer service team to purchase travel insurance products, they will provide information only about our products and services.
 

What this means for you:

• Our team will continue to explain how our travel insurance policies work, what they cover, and where you can find more details in the policy document.
• We will not be able to provide opinions or make recommendations about whether a product is suitable for your needs.
• If you require financial advice, we recommend seeking assistance from an independent financial adviser who is licensed to provide advice.
