Click to Chat

Underwriting Click to Chat now available

July 2025

Located on the homepage of Adviser Hub and within the online Quote tool, our Underwriting Click to Chat tool provides you the option to chat directly with a member of our Underwriting Team about any general underwriting-related enquiries including:

  • underwriting requirements
  • pre-assessments

Questions regarding active applications will need to be referred directly to the underwriter responsible for assessing the application.

Easily save your chat transcripts

A copy of your chat transcript will be available to download from your “My chats” tab in Adviser Hub for 90 days, making it easy to keep a record of the conversation to submit with the application or save with your customer files.

Chats will automatically save if you or the underwriter ends the conversation or if the chat times out. To end the chat yourself, simply click the three dots at the top of your chat and click “End chat.”

Quick Reference Guide and Video demonstration of how to use the Click to Chat feature are now available.

We’re always looking to improve our offering

While we can’t answer all of your questions through the Click to Chat service at this stage, we’ll keep a record of common enquiries received to inform how we look to improve this service moving forward.

We hope having this option to quickly connect with our underwriters saves you valuable time, allowing you to focus on what’s most important, protecting your customers.

Apply online or talk to an Adviser

There's multiple ways to apply for your insurance cover. You can get a quote and apply online or you can talk to an Insurance Adviser to guide you through the process. Your choice will depend on how confident you feel comparing different types of policies, your personal situation and preferred level of cover. Either way, it’s simple to get the cover that's right for your needs and budget.
