Last year, we asked a group of Advisers and customers about what was important when receiving our sales and marketing collateral.
The results were overwhelmingly in favour of customers receiving brochures and forms digitally.
Over 80% of customers would prefer receiving sales brochures, claims brochures and forms digitally and almost 80% have access to download and print documents if required.
We also heard from the Advisers we surveyed that most of you would prefer digital copies of our material and that you’re only likely to print forms if customers specifically ask for it.
