A two-year program built specifically to guide our graduates through a series of learnings to develop technical skills, build capability, expand their network, and enhance their working experience.

Who is the Graduate Program for?

The Graduate Development program is a two-year program built specifically to guide our graduates through a series of learnings to develop technical skills, build capability, expand their network, and enhance their working experience. We offer opportunities in Underwriting, Claims, Actuarial, Data & Analytics.

We provide a supportive structure for our graduate cohort, including Graduate community events, mentoring, a buddy system, a clear development program, learning journeys and regular feedback.

Graduate Development

During the two-year program, you will remain within your assigned line of business but will have the opportunity to gain exposure in other areas of that line of business. For instance, a graduate in Property Underwriting will spend a period of time in Property Claims, allowing you to obtain an understanding of the policy lifecycle from end to end. In addition to this, the table below outlines the informal and formal learning and development opportunities available throughout the course of the program.

‘Chubb's graduate program has opened my eyes to the inner workings of insurance, including claims, underwriting and distribution. I have thoroughly enjoyed being challenged learning new skills, while having the opportunity to build connections with a number of stakeholders in a welcoming environment’.
