How to be a Chubb Independent Distribution Partner (IDP)?
How to Sign Up?
Download the IDP Profiling Form and submit the completed form to IDP.SG@chubb.com. You will be notified of your application status within 10 working days.
For successful applications, refer to the respective requirements below. Submit the required documentations and screenshot of payment for registration fee to IDP.SG@chubb.com.
- A copy of Individual IDP Application Form duly completed.
- A copy of Nominee IDP Application Form (if applicable), duly completed.
- A photocopy of the following result slips:
- CGI (old syllabus); or
- BCP, PGI, and ComGI (new syllabus);
- HI (if any);
- GCE ‘O’ Level with minimum 3 credit passes or its equivalent or the highest educational certificate
- 1 recent passport-size colour photograph (if representing Chubb as Primary Principal), softcopy accepted in jpeg format below 400kb.
- A photocopy of NRIC (front & back).
- A photocopy of Bank Account Statement to credit commission.
Corporate IDP (Corporate Agencies)
- A copy of Corporate IDP Application Form duly completed.
- A copy of Nominee IDP Application Form (if applicable), duly completed.
- A photocopy of the following result slips of your Nominee(s):
- CGI (old syllabus); or
- BCP, PGI, and ComGI (new syllabus);
- GCE ‘O’ Level with minimum 3 credit passes or its equivalent or the highest educational certificate
- Copies of Updated ROB/RCB Listing (not more than 1 month from the date of IDP application).
- 1 recent passport-size colour photograph of each nominee (if representing Chubb as Primary Principal), softcopy accepted in jpeg format below 400kb.
- A photocopy of NRIC (front & back).
- A photocopy of Bank Account Statement to credit commission.
