Terms and Conditions (T&Cs) for Chubb Travel Insurance Promotion

• The discount on Single Trip and Annual Plans and shopping voucher gift for Annual Plans are part of Chubb Travel Insurance Promotion (“Promotion”). The Promotion will run from 24 July to 18 August 2023 both days inclusive (“Promotion Period”),
  
  
• During the Promotion Period all Single Trip and Annual Plans for Chubb Travel Insurance will be discounted by 20%. Customers may purchase the Single Trip and Annual Plans at this discounted rate for travel at a later date (travel date can be up to 6 months from the date of purchase).
  
  
• Customers who purchase an Annual Plan during the Promotion Period will be entitled to a Takashimaya Voucher (“Gift"). The value of the Takashimaya voucher will depend on the Annual Plan that is purchased:
  
  
  • Customers who purchase an Annual – Economy Plan will receive a S$20 Takashimaya voucher.
  • Customers who purchase an Annual – Business Plan will receive a S$50 Takashimaya voucher.
  • Customers who purchase an Annual – First Plan will receive a S$100 Takashimaya voucher.
     
• For Annual Plans that are purchased under the Couple, Group or Family Plans, only the policyholder is entitled the Gift. Only one Gift will be issued to the policyholder under the Couple, Group or Family Plans, regardless of the number of insureds under the Plans.
  
  
• Upon successful enrolment and payment of premium for the Annual Plan purchased during the Promotion Period, an email containing the Gift will be sent to the policyholder’s email address within 30 working days of the successful payment of premium. Instructions on redeeming the Gift will be included in the email.
  
  
• The Gift is non-transferable, non-replaceable and non-exchangeable for another item or returned for cash, credit, and other item in whole or in part, and if lost or stolen.
  
  
• To be eligible for the redemption of the Gift, the policy must be in force at the time of redemption and premiums fully paid.
  
  
• For policy purchased under the couple, group and/or family plan, only the main insured policyholder is entitled to the Gift.
  
  
• Promotion is applicable to new applications only, and not valid with other promotions, discounts, offers, vouchers, rebates or privileges.
  
  
• If the original Gift is unavailable for any reason, Chubb reserves the right to withdraw or substitute the Gift with other item(s) without prior notice and without assigning any reason.
  
  
• Chubb reserves the right to terminate or amend the Promotion or vary, delete or add to any of these terms and conditions from time to time without notice.
  
  
• The Promotion is applicable to all travel destinations except Cuba.

This Policy is protected under the Policy Owners’ Protection Scheme which is administered by the Singapore Deposit Insurance Corporation (“SDIC”).
