Keeping Up with Monthly Premium Payments

This is a challenging time for all Singapore residents and we know every effort counts. We are committed to stand in solidarity to give the local community and our policyholders our full support in this time of need. If you are having difficulties in paying your Chubb policy monthly premiums due to a change in circumstance, you can write to us at CustomerService.SG@chubb.com, giving at least 30 days prior notice from your next premium due date or policy renewal date. Each request will be assessed independently and according to your policy type.
