Financial Provision for Environmental Liabilities

The Irish Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) published revised ‘Guidance on Financial Provision for Environmental Liabilities’ in 2015, placing additional requirements on their license holders. Recognising the complex nature of these financial provisions, our Environmental Risk and Surety teams have combined their expertise. We now offer bonds and policies to cover these provisions, which satisfy the EPA guidelines.
