Schedule an appointment for damage assessment.
Step 2. Inspection / Damage Assessment
Bring your vehicle to the selected repair garage as scheduled for the damage inspection.
Fill in the claim request form and submit the required documents to Claims Adjuster at one of the following locations:
- Head Office: Floor 18, Vincom Building, 45A Ly Tu Trong, Sai Gon Ward, Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam
- Hanoi Branch Office: Floor 10 - East Tower, Lotte Center Hanoi, No. 54, Lieu Giai Street, Giang Vo Ward, Hanoi City
Wait for the repair cost estimate from the repair center.
Step 3. Confirmation and claim settlement
Confirm for the repair garage to proceed with the repair based on Chubb Assurance's approved compensation amount.
Chubb Assurance will pay the approved repair cost directly to the affiliated garage.
You will be responsible for any applicable deductibles, reductions, and depreciation costs (if any) after the repair is completed.
