Notice of Company Name Change

Following all necessary approvals, Liberty Insurance Limited has changed its legal entity name to Chubb Assurance Vietnam Limited and is now part of Chubb, a world leader in insurance.

Our head office remains at 18th floor, Vincom Building, 45A Ly Tu Trong, Sai Gon Ward, Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam.

This name change marks an important milestone in our journey as we continue delivering world-class products and services to our customers and partners, backed by the global strength of the Chubb brand.

This is a change of name only, and does not affect our legal identity, operations, or existing rights and obligations. Accordingly, all existing documents, materials and communications referring to Liberty Insurance Limited shall be understood as referring to Chubb Assurance Vietnam Limited. Any residual references to Liberty Insurance Limited shall be read and construed accordingly.

Notice of Company’s Branch Name

Following the change of the Company’s name to Chubb Assurance Vietnam Limited, the names of our branches have also been updated accordingly, as follows:

(i) Chubb Assurance Vietnam Limited – Ha Noi Branch; and
(ii) Chubb Assurance Vietnam Limited – Hai Phong Branch.

These changes reflect the corresponding updates to the branch names only and do not affect the branches’ existing operations, rights or obligations.
