• Legal Form: 100% foreign-invested insurance enterprise
• Charter Capital: 1,204,072,000,000 (One thousand two hundred and four billion seventy-two million) Vietnamese Dong
• Business Field: Non-life insurance
• Permitted Business Activities:
  i) Insurance business.
  ii) Reinsurance business.
  iii) Conducting activities to prevent and limit risks and losses; loss assessment; loss assessment agency, claim settlement, requesting third-party reimbursement; fund management and capital investment; other activities as prescribed by law.
  iv) Compulsory civil liability insurance for motor vehicle owners (according to Amended License No. 40/GPDC2/KDBH issued on January 11, 2008).
• Operating Area: Nationwide.
• Customer Scope:
  i) Foreign-invested enterprises operating under Vietnamese law.
  ii) Foreign organizations and individuals.
  iii) Non-state enterprises including private, partnership, joint-stock companies (except for state-owned joint-stock companies holding controlling shares and in accordance with Decree No. 187/2004/ND-CP dated November 11, 2004 issued by the Government regarding transformation of state-owned companies to joint-stock companies), and LLCs (except for state-owned one-member LLCs in accordance with Law on state-owned companies) provided for in Law on enterprises No. 60/2005/QH11 dated November 29, 2005.
  iv) For import-export cargo insurance, the customer scope includes all types of enterprises.
  v) Vietnamese individuals and State-owned enterprises (according to Amended License No. 40/GPDC2/KDBH issued on January 11, 2008).
• Operating Duration: 50 years from the date of establishment and operation permission.
