Exclusions of Item Protection include but are not limited to:
- any incident prior to the start date or after the end date, as specified on the Insured’s Confirmation of Cover;
- Malicious Damage;
- mysterious disappearance or loss of the Insured Item;
- any refurbished item; and
- any cost associated with the purchase of any goods or services digitally using the Insured Item, including but not limited to online shopping apps, music, videos, software, or any purchased downloads.
