Item Protection covers your eligible Tiktok purchases against Accidental Damage and Theft.

Item Protection Group Policy is underwritten by Insurance Company of North America (a Chubb Company).

Exclusions of Item Protection include but are not limited to:

  • any incident prior to the start date or after the end date, as specified on the Insured’s Confirmation of Cover;
  • Malicious Damage;
  • mysterious disappearance or loss of the Insured Item;
  • any refurbished item; and
  • any cost associated with the purchase of any goods or services digitally using the Insured Item, including but not limited to online shopping apps, music, videos, software, or any purchased downloads.

Item Protection covers your eligible gadget and electronics bought from Tiktok Shop, from accidental damage and theft which are not covered by the standard manufacturer’s warranty. 

Item Protection covers your gadget and electronics from accidental damage and theft which are not part of a standard manufacturer’s warranty.  

Your policy will become effective on the date of delivery of your purchased item.

At point of purchase of a new item from Tiktok Shop.

Your gadget and electronics will be covered for one year from the date of delivery.  

Visit the Tiktok App, go to your orders and under policy detail, click on the “submit a claim” button for the item you want to claim within seven (7) Days from the date of occurrence of Damage, or the discovery of Theft. You may also email Tiktokclaims.PH@chubb.com to follow up on your existing claim.

You may cancel your policy by going to the Tiktok App Help Center. For other concerns, you may call our customer service hotline at (+632) 77565400. Or 1-800-77565400 from Mondays to Fridays, 8:30am to 5:30pm.

Fast and Easy Claim Process

Visit the Tiktok App, go to your orders and under policy detail, click on the “submit a claim” button for the item you want to claim within seven (7) Days from the date of occurrence of Damage, or the discovery of Theft.

You may also email Tiktokclaims.PH@chubb.com to follow up on your existing claim.
